Sharon Arnold

Sharon has extensive experience with Barclays and AXA PPP Finance and other financial services organisations. She has worked in a variety of roles but specialised in systems change, procedures documentation and staff training. She joined IAC in 2014 is responsible for advertising, marketing and event organisation and is a first point of contact for many clients and candidates. She is responsible for many of the back office functions which allow the company to operate in the most efficient manner.

Lesley Blackburn

Lesley is a graduate who has worked in the Financial Services Industry for over 13 years. The vast majority of her experience has been with the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, where she was responsible for quality assurance and worked closely with Senior Management to develop and improve company procedures. She now works as the Operations Support Manager at IAC and is responsible for advertising, marketing and management of the back-office functions that allow the company to operate in the most efficient manner.

Georgina Blaney

George is a graduate in Psychology and Business Administration with over 8 years' experience in Marketing where she specialised in Research, Media and Strategy within the FMCG, Automotive and Retail sectors. George has joined IAC as a Research Manager within our New York team and is focussed on identifying and approaching potential candidates in the Greater New York area as well as other key hubs across the USA.

Chris Brooker

Chris is a Chartered Accountant and ex-British Army Officer. He qualified in PwC's Assurance Practice in the UK where his key audit clients included Centrica, Trader Media Group and Pitney Bowes Inc. Chris joined IAC in 2013 after a spell with Essentra PLC where he was the Finance Manager for their Scandinavian business. Chris has a wealth of audit, finance and recruitment experience and heads up our New York Office.

Sarra Collins

Sarra has over 10 years of experience working within the energy sector, working with international recruitment businesses and specialist Health & Safety consultancies. Sarra has vast experience working with major clients on an international basis, providing contract personnel to support the full project lifecycle. Sarra will be responsible for developing the Health & Safety market within the areas of risk, compliance, quality assurance and audit. Primarily within the energy, construction, utilities, power and transportation sector.

David Crook

David began his recruitment career after graduating with a degree in Marketing. He moved into the internal audit recruitment market in 2010 and has worked within this space ever since. During this time, he has built a vast network across the Commerce & Industry sector, working with some of the largest organisations in the world. David's key area of specialisation remains in placing internal audit candidates within the media, retail, FMCG, O&G, leisure and technology sectors. David led the Internal Audit recruitment team at Goodman Masson before joining IAC in January 2015.

Sheena Dattani

Sheena is a graduate in Child Psychology and has been in the recruitment industry since 2012. She has experience of working in partnership with DWP and the public sector with over six years' experience prior to joining IAC in February 2016. Sheena now partners with our key clients within the accountancy firms, and provides specialist advice and support to those teams needing to hire the best people for their expanding Internal Audit and Risk Assurance teams.

Jane Dinwoodie

Jane is a graduate with over 15 years' recruitment experience. Jane has previously operated as a client-facing recruitment manager and director for Hays, and latterly Martin Ward Anderson. Jane initially joined to focus on financial services market mapping and undertaking the initial approaches to potential candidates for specific high profile searches. She has now however returned to a full consulting role specialising in the recruitment of permanent and contract Senior Internal Audit Professionals across insurance and the retail, corporate, investment and private banking sectors.

David Haylor

David is a graduate and ex-Army Officer. Having left the military David joined Michael Page International as a Consultant within the specialist Internal Audit and Risk team. Having rapidly progressed to Manager, and maintained the team during the recession, David was asked to establish a specialist Audit team for the rapidly growing firm, Investigo. David established IAC with Guy Stacey in 2011 and now, as MD, is responsible for the on-going growth and development of the business.

Clare Holson

Clare graduated in Psychology before moving into a career in Recruitment and Human Resources. She joined Michael Page International as a Consultant within the specialist Corporate Recovery and Tax teams, before being approached by one of her clients to join their in-house Recruitment team. Having rapidly progressed to Human Resources Business Partner, Clare decided to move back into recruitment and join the IAC team. Clare now leads the IAC Education line of business and works with schools, sixth form colleges and universities to deliver our specialist support programme aimed at young people

Jide Chinsman

Jide graduated in 2009 having obtained both a BA Honours in Management and an LLB. Jide has over 6 years recruitment experience, joining a Global recruitment business in 2011 and worked across a number of disciplines but specialised in finance and internal audit. Since 2015 Jide has recruited solely into internal audit and focused on mid to senior level appointments. At IAC Jide supports audit recruitment for our Commerce and Industry clients but also has extensive experience of recruiting into Financial Services.

Daniel Milson

Daniel started his career in recruitment in 1998, initially in London before taking his career to Sydney where he managed a finance team within the Commerce & Industry division at Michael Page. He later returned to the UK and joined Walker Hamill in London where he focused on accountancy & finance, corporate governance, corporate strategy and corporate development jobs across a wide range of sectors. Daniel joined IAC in February 2016 and specialises in placing IT Audit professionals into the Industry, Commerce and Financial Services sectors.

Guy Stacey

Guy Stacey is a graduate with over 15 years' experience in executive search and selection recruitment within the Corporate Governance field. After establishing the first Governance-specific recruitment team for Michael Page, he became Head of Practice for Corporate Governance at Walker Hamill. While Internal Audit and Internal Control-related assignments remain his core focus, the rapidly evolving field of Enterprise Risk Management is an increasing percentage of his work portfolio.

After 2 years at Michael Page, Julia moved to IAC to focus on recruiting Internal Audit and Risk Management candidates for both FTSE and International businesses, as well as SME companies within the I&C sector across the UK; Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, Reading, Glasgow, Dublin as well as International locations.
