Honesty
We genuinely believe in doing the right thing, we live our value of honesty, we advocate for sustainability and D&I. You will never feel any pressure to compromise your morals by working here at IAC. We have honest and transparent communication on company level performance strategy and plans! We don’t tend to make U-turns, if we say something we mean it and will do it. We don’t overpromise and under deliver.
Teamwork
We live and breathe, teamwork. Very few can say this and it creates a really positive, fun and supportive atmosphere. Everyone has a voice (literally from day 1) and is encouraged to contribute ideas and feedback to support individual, team and company improvement.
