Deloitte’s Climate Change and Sustainability team were planning significant growth across multiple disciplines within ESG. IAC were selected as the exclusive recruitment partner to support with the extensive hiring project.

There were also some sector specific requirements for candidates with experience in banking, insurance, investment management, government and public sector, consumer goods and energy and resources. Seniority ranged from consultant to Director
The team were keen to address a diversity imbalance and set a target of 30% of hires to be from ethnic minority backgrounds. We advised on the D&I landscape and process interventions we could make to reduce bias and promote an inclusive selection process. Hires were also required across offices in London, Bristol, Manchester and Edinburgh.
