Internal Audit Assistant Manager

About the role:
The role will involve â€œhands onâ€ project delivery on a variety of predominantly internal audit projects plus involvement in internal projects such as training, methodology development and technical research.
The role could also provide potential for longer term career progression for the right candidate in this rapidly developing area of the Firm.
Reviews and testing of risk management and compliance arrangements and effectiveness of control functions.
Assurance work over regulatory change programmes, including the governance and oversight, delivery against plan and the robustness of the finalised solution.
Delivery of client internal audit and advisory projects and providing a high quality service to our clients.
Ensuring timely project completion by adherence to predetermined time frames and effectively prioritising tasks.
Previous experience of internal audit of regulation, risk management or compliance gained in consultancy or in industry.
Proven project management and client handling skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
Educated to degree level as a minimum requirement
