This was my first recruiting experience with IAC and it has been a real positive journey. For this particular role I applied for, Alyssa was my recruitment specialist and from the start she was calm, reassuring and informative throughout the process. She made herself available during the 3 stage interview processes and provided guidance and advice when I needed it. Where required, she spoke to the company concerned with my questions and came back to me quickly with the answers even when time differences made the task more difficult. Even if the final decision had not gone my way I would of been very happy with the service provided by IAC and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
